? About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Bookkeeper to support payroll processing and bookkeeping operations for multiple U.S.-based clients. This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience handling payroll, reconciliations, bookkeeping activities, and client communication.
The Payroll Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining financial records, supporting bookkeeping functions, and collaborating with clients and internal accounting teams.
? Key Responsibilities
? Payroll Administration
• Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients
• Review timesheets, deductions, commissions, reimbursements, and payroll adjustments
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
• Support payroll tax compliance and payroll reporting activities
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
? Bookkeeping & Accounting Support
• Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software
• Maintain accurate general ledger records
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Prepare journal entries and financial documentation as needed
• Maintain organized and audit-ready records
? Client & Team Collaboration
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payroll and bookkeeping matters
• Partner with accounting teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc accounting tasks

? Experience
• 3+ years of payroll processing and bookkeeping experience
• Experience processing U.S. payroll
• Experience managing payroll and bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures, reconciliatio
