The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving strategic learning and development initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities, employee performance, and business outcomes.

Is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training processes to ensure workforce capability aligns with business objectives. This role leads to the Detection of Training Needs (DNC), manages training matrices, ensures compliance with legal and customer requirements (e.g., LFT, RBA, OEM standards), and drives employee development initiatives to enhance organizational performance

Previous Experience

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and employee training.




- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing Training Needs Assessments (TNA/DNC), training matrices, and internal or external audits.

Other

- Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT), RBA standards, and compliance audit requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard creation, data analysis, training matrices, and tracking systems.
- Experience administering and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
