Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to build and run the operating system for our paid media team. You’ll own capacity planning, creative workflow, UGC sourcing, and client onboarding, designing scalable processes from the ground up.
In this role you’ll manage ~25–30 accounts, coordinate with designers, video editors, and media buyers, and craft dashboards and SOPs using AI to accelerate the team.
