Percepta LLC is seeking a Learning Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of Training Specialists under the Learning Delivery Manager. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, and oversee annual performance reviews across the department.
You will drive training effectiveness and operational performance, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure adherence to Learning Delivery standards for domestic locations. A strong background in L&D; and Six Sigma is preferred.
