JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

As a Product Owner, this individual is responsible for creating and maintaining a product vision and roadmap. Collaborating with customers and stakeholders, this position identifies the needs and the value the product can bring to the customer and the overall Bendix product portfolio.



As part of an Agile team this individual will be responsible for clearly articulating these needs and priority to the development team. This position is expected to represent the customer and business interests through the definition and prioritization of the product backlog that provides valuable outcomes that satisfy the larger business features and solutions.

Essential Functions:
- Champion for the customer by collaborating with the Agile team to develop user stories that create value for our customers.
- Work with other Product Owners in their area to identify and plan for dependencies with other teams.
- Create, share, incorporate feedback on the Product vision and roadmap.
- Maintain a visible, transparent, clear, and data driven Product roadmap, product planning, and product backlog for new features and improvements.
- Execute the role of a Product Owner as described in the Scrum Guide.
