Intugo, in partnership with a confidential foreign company specializing in accounting and financial services, is seeking a personable, professional, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper. The role supports clients across different industries and is focused on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts, and contributing to efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks. Perform bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain the general ledger for assigned clients. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Assist the tax team with specific reconciliations and workpapers.
Must-Have Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients. Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles. Strong QuickBooks skills. Strong Excel skills. Advanced English proficiency. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Compensation & Benefits Base gross monthly salary: $25,000 MXN.
