+ Maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes within the MIC manufacturing area. + Maintain the Lean Manufacturing Program. + Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental training programs, actively comply with the company's related policies and practices, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Contribute to the identification and mitigation of operational risks related to the delivery of products and services to internal and external customers.
