This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training of 3 month. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

Whatyourdaywilllooklike

Support senior consultants in the U.S. by helping prepare and analyze Property Damage and Business Interruption insurance claims across various industries. Analyze financial data, reconstruct performance, and help quantify losses that are critical to our clients’ recovery after loss events. Along the way, you will collaborate with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other interested parties while maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation.

- Review and analyze accounting records, financial documents, budgets, inventories, invoices, bank records, and other claim-related reports involving asset losses and operational downtime.
- Quantify Business Interruption losses by projecting financial information, using past trends and market analysis.
- Perform data entry and statistical analysis, maintaining the accuracy,



completeness, and clear documentation of all claim calculations.
- Compile, categorize, calculate, and verify financial information, reviewing it for consistency and auditability.
- Communicate regularly with team members about project status, key issues, and workload, while maintaining effective working relationships with clients, adjusters, and auditors.
- Track time and expenses, maintain organized files for all assignments, and use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Aon-formatted templates to support high-quality project delivery.

Skillsandexperiencethatwillleadtosuccess

A strong foundation in accounting, finance, or a related quantitative field, together with experience working with detailed financial data and spreadsheets is essential. Our colleagues are analytical, detail-oriented, and curious, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They communicate clearly, act with integrity, and enjoy working both independently and within a positive team environment.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in accounting, or equivalent experience; progress toward a CPA or similar credential is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.




- At least 3 years of proven experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, claims preparation, forensic accounting, or a closely related field.
- Strong mathematical and deductive reasoning skills, demonstrating proficiency in applying accounting principles and analytical methods to solve practical problems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; interest in learning using macros, templates, and other standardized tools used in financial investigations and claims preparation.
- High attention to detail, strong organization and documentation habits, a proactive work style, and the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
