What you’ll do

- Strategic Orchestration: Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine Clara’s strategic roadmap, ensuring long-term goals are translated into actionable workstreams across the organization.
- Investor Relations & Capital Markets: Serve as a key point of contact for our investors, managing high-stakes communications and preparing materials for board meetings and fundraising rounds.
- Operational Excellence: Audit and optimize internal processes to eliminate friction, ensuring the leadership team operates at peak efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:



Act as a connective tissue between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating alignment on key performance metrics and fostering a culture of high ownership.
- Special Projects: Lead "zero-to-one" initiatives, from market research and geographic expansion to internal restructuring or evaluating new AI-driven product opportunities.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

- Proven experience in a strategic role within a high-growth fintech, startup, or top-tier financial services firm.
- Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate executive workflows and reporting.
- Strong understanding of investor relations and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of role‑specific execution in ambiguous situations.
- Experience managing complex projects using tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Hubspot.

Nice to haves

- MBA from a top-tier institution.
- Independent analytical skills using Metabase, SQL, or Python to drive data-informed decision-making.




- Basic proficiency in Spanish or a strong desire to learn it.
