Position summary:

The Group & Retreat Manager will be responsible for designing, curating, and delivering exceptional group experiences that embody SHA’s standards of excellence in health, wellbeing, and longevity. This role blends operational precision with creative vision, crafting bespoke itineraries, wellness journeys, and executive-level programs that are both seamless and transformative.

Job duties:
- Curate bespoke group wellness journeys that integrate SHA’s medical, holistic, and hospitality offerings into cohesive, transformative programs.

- Ensure every touchpoint reflects SHA’s brand standards, philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group organizers from initial planning through on property execution.




- Build long‑term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Lead all pre‑arrival planning, including agenda development, rooming lists, transportation coordination, and special requests.
- Oversee on‑site logistics, ensuring all sessions, activities, and events run smoothly and on schedule.
- Prepare and manage group budgets and billing in coordination with Sales and Finance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and documentation for all group programs.
- Support revenue optimization by identifying upsell opportunities that enhance the guest experience.

Requeriments:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
