PROGRAM MANAGER | AUTOMOTIVE
Pasubio Mexico is looking for a new Program Manager to lead the development and industrialization of new automotive programs, from customer requirements and feasibility assessment through to a successful Start of Production (SOP).
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the program, connect the customer with our internal organization and drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal: launching the right product, at the right quality, on time and within budget.

As Program Manager, you will:
- Lead new product development and industrialization projects from quotation and feasibility analysis through Start Of Production.
- Act as the point of contact for the customer, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, milestones, timing and deliverables.
- work with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Production.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, mitigation actions and escalation processes.




- Lead internal project reviews and customer progress meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-making.
- Translate customer specifications into robust manufacturing and industrialization requirements.
- Support technical problem-solving during development, validation and launch.
- organize prototype builds, validation activities, pre-production trials and production readiness.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, IATF standards and automotive quality processes.

We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing, product development and industrialization, combined with the ability to lead projects and work effectively with demanding automotive customers.
You should bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Industrialization or Product Development within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanic
