Job Description: Technical Instructor – HPE Networking
HPE Networking (HPEN) Education Services is seeking an experienced technical instructor to deliver high-impact training to customers, partners, and employees. This role is ideal for a networking professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong classroom presence, customer focus, and a passion for helping technical communities build real-world skills. The instructor will primarily support Asia Pacific time zones, with occasional global delivery requirements. Travel may be required, up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, engaging technical training in classroom, virtual classroom, and event-based environments.
- Train customers, partners, and employees on HPE Networking technologies, including campus access, switching, cloud-based network management, security, and SD-WAN.
- Support the full training delivery lifecycle, including customer consultation, scoping of training requirements, tailored delivery, beta course delivery, certification workshops, and exam proctoring.
- Prepare for new and emerging technologies on an ongoing basis and support readiness for new course launches.
- Provide actionable feedback to course development teams based on classroom experience,
learner questions, and customer needs.
- Represent HPE Networking Education Services with professionalism, technical credibility, and a strong customer-success mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical training, technical pre-sales, network consulting, or implementation/support of networking products in LAN, WAN, security, or internet services environments.
- Strong wireless networking background, with additional expertise in switching, security, and cloud-based network management.
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification.
- One or more of the following certifications: ACP‑S, ACP‑NS, or APC‑Central.
- Strong knowledge and experience with: AOS‑10 AOS‑CX HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass HPE Aruba Networking Central SD‑WAN.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience using virtual presentation and collaboration tools.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to regional or integral events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert‑level HPE Aruba Networking certification.
- Experience delivering HPE Aruba Networking courses to customers, partners, or employees.
- Experience with courseware development, certification preparation, or technical enablement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption through effective technical education.
