Role at A Glance:

We are looking for a hands-on, operator-centric Vice President of Product to join our leadership team. You won’t just be setting strategy; you’ll be in the trenches, bridging high-level vision with technical execution. You will lead our product management teams to deliver high-impact roadmaps across engineering, design,



and GTM teams, turning strategic intent into scalable reality for the next generation of B2 B payments.

Key Responsibilities Strategy Execution: Translate our mission into actionable roadmaps. Lead market research to identify innovation opportunities in AR, AP, and cross-border solutions. Product Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of PMs in defining roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle, and prioritizing features based on ROI and customer needs. Bitwage Integration: Lead the integration of the recently acquired Bitwage business line to accelerate and enhance our 24/7 cross-border payment infrastructure. Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, GTM, and Ops. AI‑Native Implementation: Champion "systems-thinking"—focusing on repeatable workflows, automation, and AI‑enabled execution to speed up product development. Strategic Growth: Drive key projects, including Bitwage integration, platform unification, and expanding our stablecoin utility for the modern CFO. What We’re Looking For Senior Leadership Experience: Proven success as a Head of Product, VP, or senior leader in Fintech, B2 B Saa S, or Financial Services. Fintech Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Office of the CFO, including payments, financial transactions, and complex AR/AP workflows. Technical Fluency: Hands-on experience with API-first product strategies and ERP integrations (Net Suite, Sage Intacct, Quick Books). Strategic Vision: Ability to navigate the B2 B payments landscape in the USA,



with experience in cross-border markets being a strong asset. Operator Mindset: You are an AI-native thinker who looks for ways to make knowledge reusable, scalable, and searchable across the team.
