Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering or requirements engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of ASPICE, particularly SYS.2 System Requirements Analysis and related systems engineering processes.
Experience developing and managing system-level requirements.
Strong understanding of requirements engineering principles and the systems engineering V-model.
Experience with requirements traceability, change management, and impact analysis.
Ability to create clear, testable, and verifiable requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
