We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Leader to drive Buró de Crédito’s consumer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on accelerating business growth through customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing advanced marketing strategies designed to maximize demand generation, campaign efficiency, and return on investment. The ideal candidate will ensure measurable business results while strengthening the company's brand positioning and value proposition.

The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and strategic partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize funnel performance, and build a marketing model driven by data, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Key Skills

- 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Demonstrated success managing performance marketing campaigns and optimizing growth metrics.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital media investments.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven optimization.
- Experience developing strategies that enhance brand positioning and brand equity.
- Ability to lead agencies and cross-functional teams in a results-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable initiatives that drive business impact.
- Fluent English (professional proficiency) required to collaborate with regional and general teams.
