Business Development Representative — Mexico

About the Role

Rilith is hiring a Business Development Representative who can talk to a variety of businesses — hotels and lodging, event management, staffing agencies, janitorial services, auto repair, metal welding, carpentry, food and beverage, agriculture staffing, and farmers — within their own country.

These can range from single-owner-run businesses to larger operations with a substantial number of employees.

About the Video Project

This is an egocentric (first-person point-of-view) video data collection project. (You can search the term on You Tube to see examples.) The videos collected are used to train robotics world models and VLA (Vision-Language-Action) models, helping robots understand and learn how to perform real-world tasks — for example, how to cook food, from a first-person or robot's point of view.

In smaller, single-owner businesses, the owner wears a head-mounted strap with their phone attached, recording their hands and wrists while performing their regular day-to-day work. In larger businesses, employees capture footage while performing their normal tasks — for example, janitorial staff recording their routine cleaning work.

What You Will Do

- Identify and reach out to commercial businesses (calls, online meetings or offline visits)



across the sectors mentioned above
- Call business owners to pitch the project and the earnings they'll receive by signing up
- Convert conversations into signed partnerships, enabling on-site data collection
- Maintain a steady pipeline of outreach and follow-ups
- Do meetings with the Rilith team on targets, brainstorm, & learning

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with both online meetings and occasional offline field visits
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Based in Mexico, available to start within one week

Compensation

You will earn $50 per 100 hours of video recorded as a commission, and our earnings are not limited to this one project — you can participate in any future project we run, as we do these regularly. Once we begin working with a client, you continue earning commission for as long as that client keeps working with us — there's no expiry.

Once the work scales, earnings can reach approximately $50–$100 per day and will grow as the number of partners grows.
