Senior BIM CoordinatorWe are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join a U.S.-based construction team specializing in electrical projects.This position is adecuado for a BIM professional who has already progressed beyond modeling and is comfortable owning project coordination, managing multidisciplinary models, leading BIM teams, and driving coordination issues from identification through final resolution.The successful candidate should be able to work independently, make coordination decisions, organize project priorities, and serve as a key point of contact between BIM modelers, project teams, designers, and construction stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day BIM coordination activities across assigned projects.Take ownership of the BIM coordination process from project setup through final deliverables.Manage and review federated models across architectural, structural, electrical, and MEP disciplines.Lead clash detection and coordination workflows using Navisworks Manage.Prioritize coordination issues based on constructability, installation requirements, project impact, and schedule.Assign coordination issues and modeling tasks to BIM modelers and follow them through resolution.Review team deliverables for quality, accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards.Lead or actively facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, designers, contractors, and other trades.Translate meeting decisions and project priorities into clear execution plans for the BIM team.Maintain model organization, standards, folder structures, documentation, and BIM deliverables.Support the development, implementation,



and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Coordinate closely with field and project teams to ensure BIM solutions are practical and constructible.Identify coordination risks early and escalate critical issues when necessary.Support QA/QC processes and maintain accurate project documentation.Mentor BIM modelers and provide technical guidance when required.Required Qualifications3+ years of direct BIM/VDC coordination experience, preferably with demonstrated ownership of project coordination rather than modeling-only responsibilities.Proven experience leading BIM coordination efforts and managing BIM modelers or multidisciplinary teams.Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit.Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection workflows.Experience managing federated models, coordination issues, model reviews, and issue closure.Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360.Proficiency with AutoCAD.Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structure, Electrical, and MEP trades.Experience reviewing models for constructability and QA/QC.Ability to independently organize priorities, delegate work, monitor deadlines, and follow issues through completion.Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.Experience communicating with project teams, designers, contractors, or field personnel.Advanced conversational and technical English,
