We're looking for a Financial Leader with strong U.S. accounting experience who wants to become a key strategic partner to the company's founder and grow into a Controller / Head of Finance role as the business expands its residential homebuilding operations across Florida.

What you'll be responsible for

- Lead accounting operations across multiple entities and residential construction projects.

- Own month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

- Track project costs, job profitability, construction budgets, and cash flow.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.

- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

- Prepare management reports and lender reporting packages.

- Partner with external CPA firms on tax and year-end processes.

- Improve financial systems, reporting, and internal controls as the company grows.

We're looking for someone who has

- Experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Controller, Accounting Manager,



or similar supporting U.S. companies.

- Recent experience in homebuilding, residential construction, land development, or construction accounting.

- Strong knowledge of job costing and project-based accounting.

- Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions.

- Advanced QuickBooks experience (required).

- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and month-end close.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

- Professional English communication skills.
