Your Tasks

+ Work on Safety to take care for all employees and facilities.

+ Maintenance/Controls/Automation Technicians Supervision

+ Work in Maintenance KPI (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)

+ Maintain Equipment available for manufacturing

+ Improve the manufacturing process to have better performance.

+ Take actions to improve products quality and avoid failures.

+ Manage Maintenance System Administration (Preventive Maintenance, Spare parts, etc)

+ Participate in following meetings with manufacturing engineers and all processes
Your Profile

+ Manage Employees

+ 75-90% Bilingual English/Spanish

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.

+ Very Good computer skills using MS Office

+ Strong Experience in Internal Controls





+ The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.

+ Ability to multi-task and set priorities.

+ Allen Bradley & Siemens PLC programming

+ Vision systems programing (Cognex, Keyence, Omron, Sick)

+ HMIs Programming

+ Communication protocols knowledge and work experience (Profinet, Ethernet, IOLink, RS232)

+ Electric, Pneumatic, Hydraulic drawings reading

+ Frequency Variators knowledge and experience

+ Servomotors and Drivers Knowledge and Experience

+ Robots programing experience

+ Work Shift Availability
