How you create impact

Coordinate booking requests and confirmations with carriers and co-loaders.
Manage export documentation, including BAL/OBL, MBL corrections, and Customs transmissions.
Assign and distribute shipments through BPA and keep operational information updated.
Support documentation processes for LCL, SCM, BCM, and IMO shipments.
Monitor operational tickets and follow up on system updates and transmission issues.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1+ year of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding,



with a strong focus on Export Operations.
Knowledge of Logistics and Incoterms.
Knowledge of Customs processes and Country Guidelines.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong organization, communication, and service orientation.
Results and task-oriented approach.
