HR Coordinator
Full-Time, Mexico | Remote-First | Core Hours 8AM–5PM Central
The salary range for this role is 340,000 to 355,000 MXN per year (plus other benefits), with final salary dependent on experience of the chosen candidate.
About The Role
Lumivero is looking for an organized, people-centered HR Coordinator with strong English proficiency to join our team as a key operational partner within People Operations. You’ll own critical systems and processes that shape the employee experience from the moment someone signs their offer letter through their entire journey with us.
This role combines HRIS administration, employee lifecycle coordination, and process improvement. If you love clean data, seamless workflows, and finding smarter ways to do things, you’ll thrive with our team.

Serve as system administrator for our HRIS — maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Conduct regular audits and generate recurring and ad hoc
