Position Title: ISA - Real Estate Inside Sales Representative

Shift: Full-Time

Compensation: $1,500 USD mo + 4% comission.

Reports To: CEO/Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Run our proven, scripted sales process and adopt daily training the moment you get it.
- Cold prospect to build new leads, and stay on top of warm leads in your pipeline.
- Respond to every lead and close it, no lead left on the table.
- Manage your pipeline and build real rapport with potential clients.
- Follow up fast, and promptly answer, return, and follow up on every call the system generates.
- Own the seller relationship, schedule appointments, negotiate win-win deals, and overcome objections to get contracts signed.
- Stay driven by the mindset that you want more, and you're willing to earn it.
- Live in the CRM daily, keeping everything updated until deals close.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with everyone involved, start to finish.
