Profile/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR SSCSolid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirementsExperience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)English is required

Main Responsibilities

Employee Relations & HR Operations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiriesHandle day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidanceSupport onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processesEnsure compliance with Mexican labor law and internal company policiesMaintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingValidate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.)Support statutory benefits administration (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.)Assist
