Overview

We are recruiting for a senior professional to be part of
building and overseeing our Audit offering in KDN Mexico
. As a Senior Manager within KDN Audit, you will provide
leadership
across the growing team which serve complex audit engagements,
*ensuring audit quality, professional skepticism, regulatory compliance, and service excellence*
. You will operate at the heart of the KPMG Delivery Network, supporting integral member firms as well as growing the local team. You will lead key internal and external relationships and be involved in strategic transformation initiatives. You will lead the Audit Team Extension team with a key focus on balancing delivery with people leadership and stakeholder management. You will develop expertise in KPMG proprietary Audit tools; Manage career development and be able to coach and provide guidance to professionals across levels.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of current/recent
financial statement audit
experience within a public accounting firm,



including demonstrated supervisory responsibility
- Advanced technical accounting and
external
audit expertise, including strong knowledge of
US GAAP
- Strong audit quality skills, including risk assessment and engagement management
- Proven leadership experience
managing large audit teams
- Significant experience operating within a delivery center / shared services model, managing large teams (25+), with emphasis on SLA compliance, automation, and client focus in an international environment
- Knowledge of Shared Service Centers Fluent in English and Spanish.
