ServiceNow Architect

Role Description

The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and guiding end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, technical standards, and enterprise architecture principles. This role provides technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable platform solutions.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams to translate business and operational requirements into robust ServiceNow architectures. The role also provides technical direction throughout implementation, oversees solution quality, conducts design reviews, and establishes best practices and governance across ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise ServiceNow platform and solution architecture.
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and related capabilities.
- Translate business requirements and operational needs into technical architectures, workflows, data models,



and platform solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow architecture and design decisions across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Define and maintain CMDB, CSDM, service models, service taxonomy, and service mapping strategies.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party, enterprise, and legacy systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
- Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow configuration, scripting, custom applications, and platform extensions.
- Conduct architecture and solution design reviews to ensure quality, scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project and program teams to support planning, prioritization, resource alignment, roadmaps, and delivery.
