HIRING: E-COMMERCE & MERCHANDISING MANAGER

We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional to
own and execute e-commerce merchandising initiatives
, product launches, promotional events, inventory planning, and partner coordination.

This is a
manager-level individual contributor role
with significant ownership and responsibility, but
no direct reports
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute e-commerce promotions and product launches
- Build and optimize product assortments based on sales, inventory, and performance
- Manage product listings, SKUs, pricing, and catalog accuracy
- Coordinate promotional calendars and launches across multiple teams
- Work directly with brand partners and vendors
- Monitor inventory and product availability
- Analyze sales, margins, conversion, sell-through, and promotional performance
- Create reports and turn data into actionable recommendations




- Improve workflows through better processes, automation, and AI tools

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, category management, buying, product management, or similar roles
- Advanced
Excel / Google Sheets
skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience managing multiple projects and launches simultaneously
- Experience with e-commerce, inventory, ERP, PIM, or merchandising platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent or native-level English
, written and spoken
- Comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced environment

Big Plus:

Experience with Shopify, subscription commerce, pricing analysis, AI/automation tools.
