FAE Supervisor

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics
, or a related field.
- 5
+ years
of experience in
PCBA manufacturing
.
- Strong background in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies,



logic analyzers, and signal generators.
- Experience with electronic circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Previous experience as a
Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, Validation Engineer
, or a related technical role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
