Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of Front End Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with
React
- Experience with
Redux
or similar state management tools
- Experience rebuilding, modernizing, or migrating front-end applications
- Experience supporting platform migrations or modernization initiatives
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous requirements
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, reusable component design, and front-end architecture
Plusses:
- Experience working within
Java Spring
environments
- Exposure to
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
or other cloud platforms
- Experience working on supply chain, logistics, transportation, inventory, fulfillment, or delivery-related applications
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve development efficiency and code quality
Day-to-Day:
- Rebuild and enhance front-end applications as part of a larger modernization effort
- Develop and maintain React-based user interfaces and reusable component libraries
- Collaborate with technical leadership, architects, and engineering teams to define and implement solutions
- Support application migration and modernization initiatives
- Work through evolving requirements and help shape technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to code reviews, performance improvements, and front-end best practices
- Utilize modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development and improve productivity
