WaterPallets is looking for a Driver Onboarding & Operations Specialist to join our Operations team.

This position will be responsible for onboarding and verifying drivers, reviewing the No Driver Board, and checking orders to ensure all required information is complete and accurate before they are assigned for delivery.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable, with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new drivers and verify required information and documentation.
- Review and maintain the No Driver Board to identify orders that still need a driver.
- Follow up on available drivers and help match drivers with delivery orders.
- Verify orders before dispatch, including pallet quantity, pickup location, delivery location, EDD, and delivery requirements.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up with the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate driver and order information in our internal systems.




- Communicate with drivers and Operations team members regarding order and delivery details.
- Follow up on pending driver assignments and ensure orders are moving forward.
- Support the Dispatch team with driver and order-related issues.

Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics, Operations, Dispatch, or Administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Conversational English is required.
- Experience with logistics or transportation software is a plus.
- Must be responsible, proactive, honest, and accountable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $16,500.00 per month
