Responsibilities:
- Execute and validate Critical User Journeys (CUJs) across GCP and Google Workspace.
- Create clear, structured, machine-readable test workflows for AI agents.
- Identify bugs, UX issues, regressions, and documentation gaps.
- Troubleshoot ambiguous workflows using documentation and system UI.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on end-to-end agent quality.
Required Skills:
- Experience testing complex web/SaaS applications.
- Strong test documentation and bug-reporting skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing UI/workflows.
Preferred:
- GCP/Google Workspace experience.
- Knowledge of AI agents, LLM evaluation, or agentic testing.
- Experience with Chrome DevTools, REST APIs, and JSON logs.
