Automotive Division Sales Manager

Position Mission:

Develop, manage, and grow the company's portfolio of automotive customers, primarily for products such as Dilour and flat carpets, and technical nonwovens, through a structured and documented consultative sales approach targeting exclusively Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related discipline.
- 8 to 15 years of proven commercial experience in industrial B2B sales within the Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive sector.
- Advanced spoken English (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High availability to travel.
- Position based in Tultitlán, State of Mexico.

Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B sales activities, customer service, and prospecting of Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.




- Develop and manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts (indirect OEMs), including quotations, price and contract negotiations, and long-term supply programs.
- Manage the complete product development cycle with customers, including technical requirements, sampling, validations, approvals (APQP/PPAP), and product launch.
- Prospect and open new accounts in Mexico, the United States, and Canada; build and maintain a documented sales pipeline and reliable forecasting by customer and program.
- Document and systematize commercial intelligence, including market mapping, competitor analysis, pricing, and automotive supply chain information, converting currently undocumented organizational knowledge into structured business insights.
- Implement and maintain operational sales discipline through CRM management, visit reports, quotation follow-up, conversion metrics, and account portfolio management.
