WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content for our client S.C. Johnson's Mexican brand portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging formats
- Develop content ideas that translate S.C. Johnson's brand purpose and product messaging into authentic, platform-native moments that Mexican audiences relate to and want to share
- Create lo-fi, high-impact content that balances craft with authenticity, using a mix of smartphone, DSLR, and simple lighting and production setups
- Storyboard and pitch content concepts via visual decks and treatments, articulating the creative idea, platform rationale, and expected audience response
- Stay deeply current with social trends, viral formats, platform features, creator culture, and emerging content styles in Mexico, translating relevant opportunities into actionable content ideas for S.C. Johnson
- Deliver reactive and real-time content that connects S.C. Johnson to cultural moments, trending conversations, and audience interests in Mexico while staying true to the brand's voice and values




- Edit and adapt content across formats and platforms, reimagining a single shoot or asset in multiple ways to maximize reach and relevance (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and native platform tools)
- Collaborate with the social media team to align content with publishing calendars, campaign timelines, and community engagement priorities
- Responsible for managing the mid-level content creator, and providing a more strategic and senior perspective on the small team
- Work with content creators, influencers, and real people featured in S.C. Johnson content, ensuring the production process is inclusive, respectful, and representative of the diversity of Mexican families and communities
- Experiment with new formats, techniques, and creative approaches, testing what works and sharing learnings with the wider team
- Use Gen AI tools to support and accelerate content creation, from ideation and visual
