What You'll Do:
- Own the Journey: Design and improve key growth surfaces like landing pages, onboarding, pricing, checkout, and upgrade flows
- Connect the Experience: Make the end-to-end journey feel seamless across marketing and in-product touchpoints
- Lead GTM Design: Support go-to-market efforts across the website, lifecycle (email, in-app), and feature launches
- Drive Experimentation: Work with Product and Growth to shape hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on what you learn
- Prototype to Learn: Quickly bring ideas to life to test, validate, and move faster with more confidence
- Improve Conversion: Use data and research to spot friction, refine flows, and move key metrics
- Raise the Bar: Push the quality of visual, interaction, and motion design across everything you touch
