We recently opened our Guadalajara office in Andares and we are building out the team here.
This is a hands-on buying role, not a coordination role. Manage daily budget pacing and bid strategy across several client accounts at once.
Test audiences, placements and creative angles systematically, and document what wins.
Brief and QA ad creative with our creative team - hooks, statics, UGC-style video.
Track CPL, cost per qualified lead, lead quality and spend pacing daily, and act on them the same day.




3+ years hands-on buying inside Meta Ads Manager - you personally in the account, not supervising someone who is.
Strong written and spoken English. You will be on video calls with US business owners.
Located in Guadalajara, or able to reliably work from our Andares office three days per week.
Home services or trades clients - roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar.
Google Ads and Local Services Ads exposure.
GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, call tracking, offline conversion imports.
Full-time, hybrid: three days in our Guadalajara (Andares) office, two days remote.
