Head Mixologist

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the bar program with creativity, consistency, and excellence.
- Design and develop innovative seasonal cocktail menus that reflect The Standard's unique personality.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop the bar team through hands-on leadership and continuous training.
- Ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency across every beverage served.
- Collaborate with culinary and Food & Beverage leadership to create integrated dining and drinking experiences.
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and emerging spirits to keep the cocktail program fresh and relevant.
- Create memorable guest interactions while fostering an energetic and welcoming bar atmosphere.
