We are seeking a client-focused Website Customer Service Manager to be the primary voice of our agency for website clients. You will speak with clients directly, take ownership of every change they request on their website, coordinate with our web developers to get the work done, and make the changes live. When a client asks for something on their site, you are the person who makes sure it happens, start to finish.
The adecuado candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling requests across many client websites at once in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Speak with clients by phone, video, and email about their websites.
Receive, document, and confirm every website change request in detail.
Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks for our web developers.
Coordinate with developers, track every task, and follow up until it is complete.
Review completed changes against the original request to verify they are correct.
Make approved changes live on the client's WordPress website and confirm they display properly.
Notify the client when their changes are live and confirm they are satisfied.
Handle straightforward WordPress edits yourself (text updates, image swaps, page updates) when a developer is not required.
Manage change requests across multiple client websites simultaneously.
Maintain detailed records of every request, task, and client communication.
Escalate anything blocking a change from going live.
Qualifications
Required
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1-C2).
Experience in a client-facing customer service or account management role.
Working knowledge of WordPress, including making edits and publishing changes.
Ability to translate client requests into actionable tasks for developers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills across many open requests.
