Your day to day at Innovamat ?
Local operations & daily coordination (core of the role)
- Act as the main point of contact with logistics operators in California and Pennsylvania.
- Coordinate and oversee warehousing, order preparation, outbound shipments, and local transportation.
- Closely monitor critical orders and react quickly to operational issues (shortages, delays, picking errors, carrier incidents).
- Take fast, well-judged decisions to protect customer commitments.
- Continuously validate WMS data vs physical reality.

International logistics & trade
- Manage and follow up import/export documentation related to the US market.
- Coordinate with the HQ Supply team on internation
