We are looking for a data-driven, bilingual PPC Specialist (English/Spanish) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
The adecuado candidate has hands-on PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and current Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications. You will be responsible for campaign setup, conversion tracking, audience targeting, optimization, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct keyword research and develop effective ad copy.
- Set up and monitor conversion goals, pixels, and tracking.
- Build and optimize target audiences and campaign segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets and bidding strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare campaign reports and present insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor lead quality and overall campaign ROI.




- Stay current with PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Current and unexpired certifications in:
- Google Ads Search
- Google Ads Display
- Google Ads Video
- Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Lead-generation campaign experience.
