Job Summary
Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. In this role, you will help design, configure, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution processes while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and process automation.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP SD OTC expertise with a forward-looking mindset toward AI-enabled business processes, intelligent automation, and modern delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support SAP SD OTC solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Analyze current-state business processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer fulfillment processes.
Support integration points across SAP modules and connected enterprise systems.
Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support as needed.
Contribute to business process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Support testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
