The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Engineering organization and providing the technical direction required to achieve the plant’s objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Capacity, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
This position leads to the development, implementation,



and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, production equipment, automation, tooling, test systems, and manufacturing methods. The Engineering Manager works closely with Operations, Materials, Quality, Supply Chain, NPI, and Corporate Engineering to ensure the plant has the capability, capacity, technology, and processes required to meet current and future customer demand.
The Engineering Manager is expected to establish a strong data-driven and continuous-improvement culture, reducing manufacturing variation, improving productivity, increasing equipment utilization, reducing cycle time and conversion cost, and accelerating the industrialization of new products.
This position reports to the Plant Manager and will be based in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
