Role Overview
As an EHS Engineer STIVA 1, you will support plant-level environmental, health, and safety programs, help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards, and drive practical improvements that reduce risk and strengthen the safety culture. This role is closely aligned with the responsibilities of a plant-level EHS supervisor and contributes directly to safe, compliant,



and well-documented operations.
What will you do?
Implement and maintain EHS, environmental, and occupational health and safety policies and programs within the site environment.
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and walkthroughs to identify hazards, verify controls, and support corrective actions.
Support incident, near-miss, and minor injury investigations, including root-cause analysis and follow-up on preventive actions.
Monitor compliance obligations, regulatory updates, permits, licenses, and required documentation.
Oversee EHS reporting and documentation in line with internal and external standards.
Support training delivery for employees and contractors on EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
Support risk assessments, emergency preparedness drills, safety committees, and continuous improvement activities.
Help strengthen site programs such as machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, contractor safety,
