Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Communicates and facilitates processes and procedures related to compensation (e.g., merit increases, PDP ratings, team incentive plan), training & development (e.g., corporate development initiatives, management and employee development), benefits (e.g., open enrollment, integration of new employees into benefit plan), Affirmative Action, Diversity, and employee relations.
Communicates program changes to management team and to employees.
Assists employees with questions or problems related to benefits plans.
Partners with managers and Service Center personnel to resolve problems related to employee benefits, payroll, staffing, disabi
