About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Endpoint Management
Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing
and supporting endpoint management solutions, software deployment processes, and
automation activities across enterprise environments.

The idóneo candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent
communication skills, enabling them to explain technical concepts clearly to
customers and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

* Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
(SCCM/MECM) environments.
* Manage software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
* Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues across Windows endpoints.
* Create, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation and
operational efficiency.
* Support endpoint compliance, configuration management, and policy deployment.
* Analyze incidents and problems related to endpoint management and software




distribution.
* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and
implement solutions.
* Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption
projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

* Experience working with enterprise endpoint management solutions.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
* Experience with software packaging and software deployment processes.
* Understand and create policies according Microsoft Windows
* PowerShell scripting skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to customers in a clear
and understandable manner.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
environment.
