As an Account Executive you'll be at the forefront of helping our diverse clients successfully establish their businesses. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team at GBS Group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our LLC Hub -Start-Up Services Department by proactively solving day-to-day operational challenges, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring that all services are completed within the established timeframe.
A key part of your role will also involve sales and retention of current customers, ensuring that existing clients remain engaged and satisfied with our services, while identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Company incorporation & Compliance: Incorporate companies, and help clients to maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline procedures.
Sales and Customer Retention: Proactively engage with current clients to ensure satisfaction, identify potential upsell opportunities, and retain long-term business relationships.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve day-to-day operational challenges that may arise in service delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience.
