Primary Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, mixers, reactors, and other chemical processing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to restore equipment functionality.
Assist with installation, calibration, and alignment of new or upgraded equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental,



and quality standards during all maintenance work.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Manage spare parts inventory and request replenishment when needed.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
3+ years of experience in maintenance within chemical or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in chemical processing.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Basic computer skills for CMMS and data entry.
Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
