Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of General Physical Security, the Regional Security Manager, Mexico leads physical security operations, risk mitigation, vendor performance, and investigations across all Arrow locations in Mexico. Based onsite in Zapopan, Jalisco, this role builds strategic programs, manages contract guard forces and security tech, and leverages strong networks with local law enforcement and private security partners to protect employees, facilities, and business operations. Domestic travel and availability for off-hours crisis response are required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Security Operations & Program Management
Provide oversight and management of all contract guard services throughout Mexico.
Provide oversight and management of physical security projects throughout Mexico, including security system installations, upgrades, maintenance
