About the role
This role is responsible for leading manufacturing operations by managing production teams, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring production targets and financial objectives are achieved. The position oversees labor efficiency, resource utilization,



production scheduling, and operational performance across multiple production cells, while promoting a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve production goals and meet operational targets.
Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, waste reduction, attendance, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and employee development.
Manage workforce planning and labor resources in alignment with the financial plan and budget.
Analyze production downtime and provide support to resolve operational issues.
Lead weekly and monthly Root Cause and Corrective Action (RRCA) reviews to address performance gaps.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using the Carrier Excellence Operating System and Lean methodologies.
