About the HR and Operations Director role...
The HR and Operations Director – AMERs is responsible for leading the people and workplace agenda across the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America).
This key role partners closely with regional and global leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive culture, ensure excellent people operations, and run smooth day-to-day office operations that enable our teams to do their best work.

1. Regional People Strategy
Translate the integral people strategy into a clear, actionable plan for the AMERs region.
Provide thought partnership to the AMERs leadership team on organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
Use people and business data to identify regional trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend practical actions.
