With our head office in Mexico City, and remote tech hubs in Berlin and Argentina, we are always learning something new about another culture or language. The Sales Director at Klar is responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing the commercial team that drives new high-value business clients into our ecosystem. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the full B2B sales motion, from outbound prospecting to pipeline management to closing, while also shaping the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution that drives Klar Empresarial's growth.
Your mission is to build and run a high-performance, data-driven commercial engine that accelerates adoption of Klar's financial solutions across SMEs in Mexico. You'll work closely with RevOps, Marketing,



Credit and Product to ensure that leads are qualified efficiently, opportunities are advanced with precision, and deals are closed with speed and consistency. Beyond execution, you will be expected to bring strategic perspective, identifying channel opportunities, segment insights, and process improvements that elevate team performance over time.
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model. We look forward to seeing you in the office 4 times per week.
Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of SDRs and AEs through 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions, building a high-accountability culture around pipeline quality and close rates.
Commercial Strategy: Own the full B2B pipeline from lead to close. Revenue Performance: Own monthly activation targets. Track funnel health, diagnose gaps, and drive data-backed action plans across your team.
