We are looking for a Director of Sales to own and drive the commercial performance of SHA Mexico, someone who will take full ownership of the property's revenue and occupancy targets across all customer-acquisition verticals: This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role for a proactive, results-oriented professional who can lead a high-performing on-site sales team while building and converting both trade (B2B) and direct (B2C) demand.
Beyond commercial results,
we are looking for someone with a strong network and proven track record in luxury hospitality across the Americas, who works in seamless coordination with operations and the corporate commercial organization, and who brings the discipline to operate with rigorous reporting and systems usage. Take full ownership of the property's commercial results: revenue and occupancy targets, forecasting, pipeline management and accurate, timely reporting.
Build and execute the property's sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and budget, running weekly pipeline and KPI reviews to drive accountability.
Lead as a player-coach, mentoring and developing the on-property sales team while fostering a proactive, high-performance commercial culture.
Manage and grow relationships with luxury travel consortia and networks (e.g. Ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Operations, acting as the commercial bridge between the property and corporate functi
